Nokia 1, Nokia 7 Plus Renders Reveal Design, Specifications

While there has been a few Nokia 7 Plus leaks, images of the Nokia 1 have also been finally revealed. Another revelation is that the Nokia 7 Plus will be an Android One device, which means stock Android OS and timely software updates. The Nokia logo and the physical buttons are also orange.

This comes on the heels of details about the Nokia 9 and a 2018 adaptation of the Nokia 6, as reported by Digital Trends, with a possibility of these models being announced at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona later this month. The dual cameras are believed to have 12MP and 13MP sensors, while the front-facing camera may have a 16MP sensor. There is nothing special about this phone but given Nokia's name, design, and build quality will most likely be a well- received device for those looking to get in at the lower end of the market.

With the Nokia 7 Plus images, new images of the Nokia 1 have also surfaced.

Previous rumours of the Nokia 1 suggest the entry-level smartphone will sport an HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt storage. On the software side of things, the Nokia 1 will run Android Go Edition, Google's lightweight version of Android that's specifically created to run on devices with 512MB or 1GB of RAM. The device is expected to come with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with 3250mAh battery.

Both the Nokia 1 and Nokia 7 Plus (or Nokia 7+) phones have now been outed by tipster Evan Blass giving us our first look at the design of the upcoming phones. Sitting in the middle is the earpiece.

From the render, we can see that it has a potentially removable plastic back cover and a single lens camera with a flash. The camera sits in the middle of the phone.

By the looks of it, the Nokia 7 Plus appears really premium.
