Breaking Kenyan-born French runner wins 3rd Lagos City Marathon

The event, the third Access Bank Lagos City Marathon is an IAAF-certified Bronze Label with routes officially measured, and with a goal to achieve Gold Label within the next two editions.

In the indigenous category, Ilya Pam won for the second time running while his closet rival and 2016 maiden edition victor Sharabutu Philibus came second.
