Will the Toronto Raptors pull off the upset on their home court tonight when they play the Golden State Warriors at 7:30PM ET?

After a huge first half, Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors had to hold on late to wrap up their eighth straight win over Toronto. They looked flat and somewhat out of sorts - especially when, who returned from a one-game absence because of a sprained right ankle, missed a pair of free throws in the final minutes. Trouble is, the remainder of Toronto's lineup accounted for the remaining 16 points as the Warriors shot a sizzling 73.9 per cent from the field (17-of-23) and 5-of-9 from three-point range. They scored 81 first-half points, their season high for any half.

But then referee Courtney Kirkland - ironically, working his first Warriors game since butting heads with guard Shaun Livingston in a game at Miami on December 3 - called a foul on Poeltl, who had not only blocked Curry's shot but hit him with plenty of body after doing so.

During his five games back, the Warriors would become unstoppable once again.

Per Tim Bontemps of the Washington Post, Toronto head coach Dwane Casey joked maybe the refs "didn't think we deserved [to win] after that first half" after saying he had tremendous respect for their job. "It caught us off-guard a little bit but we were able to get back to our defensive mentality of being the aggressor in the fourth quarter".

"The way we played in the first half, we gave them way too much respect".

This is the second game of the season between these two teams. "I've got my little man here, got my wife here, my family".

IN outscored Cleveland 32-16 in the third quarter to erase a 14-point halftime deficit and take a 76-74 lead after three quarters. When pressed on it, he replied: "I don't know". "So they caught me on the retaliation, so - but he played well tonight".

One call DeRozan questioned was his being whistled for turning the ball over on a wild scramble with three seconds remaining.

The were playing their fifth game in eight days, their third game in four days and the second of a back-to-back set. "Some of those calls were awful".

These were not the Cavs from Thursday night, an old, slow, disjointed group that threw in the towel shortly after the opening tap.

Closing out at home: The game against the Warriors will be Toronto's final game in a three-game homestand.

"They key word is believing", Casey said.

"The one thing that we know is it's a process", Green said.
