Apart from this, the company has also showcased 88 Inch OLED display with 8K resolution. The resolution of the TV is higher than most of the still photography cameras. The improved frame rate helps with motion clarity, which is what you'll want if you're watching a lot of sports.

LG just concluded its CES 2018 event, and not surprisingly, the company's focus was connected home appliances. It can be rolled up like a canvas and disappear into a rectangular case, which looks more like a standalone soundbar. Also, the TV models have X-Motion Clarity that smoothens fast-moving scenes with no loss in brightness.

Despite just getting back into mobile OLED technology on phones, LG is a veteran of OLED TVs. The company also launched their innovative OLED wallpaper TVs past year.

No pricing or availability is available now for the new TVs, which also benefit from a software and image processing overhaul to display colours more accurately and "enhanced image rendering". Now, the world's first rollable 65-inch 4K OLED display offers a more realistic (yet still kinda crazy) use for OLED tech that's flexible.

With a new A9 processor powering its 2018 TVs, LG claims they're better at recognizing your voice and at deciphering your queries.

LG Electronics led overall OLED TV shipment volume in November, with a 31% month-on-month increase in shipments. Further, both the series comes with hands-free control with Amazon-Alexa-enabled devices and Google Home. There is no word on the pricing and availability of The Wall by Samsung. The Chinese plant is expected to start mass production in the second half of 2019, with a monthly production capacity of 60,000 8.5th generation large-size OLED displays. Since OLED don't require backlighting, they are super slim as well. If one company has neglected these TVs, and put all their eggs in a premium basket, it will show in our testing.

ThinQ is a form of artificial intelligence which is shared across a number of new LG products, from televisions and speakers, to fridges, ovens, washing machines and more.

A few years ago, LG showed off an 18-inch display that could be rolled up like a piece of paper.
