Ronday Rousey looks set to join WWE

According to an article from USA Today, Ronda Rousey and WWE are "very close" to terms on reaching a deal. The two sources, who were noted to be close to Rousey, requested anonymity because the deal has not been officially announced; WWE did not respond when contacted by USA TODAY Sports for a statement today.

If WWE didn't want to wait until WrestleMania 34 on April 8, then Rousey could appear at the 2018 Royal Rumble on January 28 at the Wells Fargo Center.

The person with the greatest business interest in seeing Rousey return to fighting essentially ruled it out recently.

Ronda Rousey may finally be ready to test out a new career in professional wrestling. "I wouldn't want it to happen", White said. I've seen Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin throw out the idea of Rousey ending Asuka's streak at WrestleMania, and the reactions to the suggestion were mixed. She's got enough money and all that stuff. It seems a flawless landing spot. "I don't want to see it happen".

It will also be produced through Universal Pictures, who will distribute the film in the USA and most worldwide markets. The team is later joined by a spunky journalist (Newton) who helps them on their mission.

"I'm in!" Lupe Valdez kicks off campaign for governor of Texas

Potentially Habitable Exoplanet K2-18b Found To Have Super-Earth Neighbor

The former UFC women's bantamweight champion is nearing a deal to make several appearances for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) with the expectation that she would perform on some of the company's biggest shows of the year.

Ronda Rousey was knocked out in her last fight against Amanda Nunes in December 2016. She's rich, 30 years old, and the game has caught up with her. While it's unknown what Baszler's intentions are upon arrival at NXT, one has to wonder if revenge is on her mind for losing to Kairi Sane in the finals. No one truly knew what she was feeling in the build-up to Nunes, or since, as she blanked the kind of media commitments that are demanded of all other fighters. Named five years ago Wednesday as the company's first women's champion even before her first fight, she is credited with being singlehandedly responsible for persuading White to introduce women into the company's roster.

This isn't really Rousey leaving the UFC for WWE, as many have figured her MMA career was over since that 48-second loss last December 31.

Which means she leaves just as she arrived - uniquely.
