'DC's Legends Of Tomorrow': Series Regular To Exit CW Series

Legends of Tomorrow Aruba-Con

"DC's Legends of Tomorrow" season 3 may be the final regular season for one of the show's main cast members.

Garber, who has played Professor Martin Stein since the show's launch (and previously on The Flash), will exit later this year per TV Line. The cast also includes Brandon Routh, Arthur Darvill, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Caity Lotz, Franz Drameh, Nick Zano, and Maisie Richardson-Sellers. While no one would comment, a pending departure was inadvertently revealed in early September when it was announced that musical theater veteran Garber would return to Broadway, teaming with Bernadette Peters to headline the Tony-winning revival of Hello, Dolly!, taking over from David Hyde Pierce and Bette Midler. Rumblings about the actor's exit reportedly first surfaced when the show was wrapping its sophomore run. Garber takes over the role from David Hyde Pierce (with Peters stepping in for Bette Midler.) His first show is January 20.

Actor Victor Garber is bidding the Arrowverse farewell. That schedule is not conducive to shooting a television program on the other side of the continent.
