"All day, non-stop, there's people up and down this road". They didn't listen (despite Banks threatening, "If I catch you doing it, I will hunt you down"), though, so the owners are building a fence around the property.

But after one pizza too many, the homeowners of the 1,910-square-foot, one-story, single-family Albuquerque house have chose to take a stand. Joanne Quintana announced this week that Breaking Bad fans can take their dough-hurling elsewhere, because she is erecting a "six-foot-high wrought-iron fence", according to KOB4.

"We feel like we can't leave because when we, do something happens and that's ridiculous", she said, citing instances in which tourists take landscape rocks, request that a garage door be closed or ask the homeowners to leave the scene so they can better snap a picture. "They park in front of our driveway and block us in", one said.

American family kidnapped by Afghan Taliban freed: Pakistan army
Unlike the Islamic State group, it does not typically execute Western hostages, preferring to ransom them for cash. It was unclear Thursday morning whether the Boyle-Coleman family's freedom came as the result of a new deal.

"We don't want to gate ourselves in", Quintana said.

The Quintanas, after all, have to live there, and while it may be neat to have your home be a part of TV history, not everyone always thinks of the day-to-day practicalities and hassles. "We're the ones who's being locked up". According to Quintana during the first Balloon Fiesta after they moved in, she reckons the numbers went into the hundreds. In 15 minutes, a KOB news crew counted almost 10 tourists. But the really determined Breaking Bad aficionados have found a way around it - literally - to continue snapping photos of the beleaguered abode.
