Mark Hunt Destroys Dana White For UFC Fight Night 121 Removal

12 October 2017, 06:22 | Joan Schultz

The MMA world has been hit with quite a jolt, as the UFC has announced that Mark Hunt will no longer fight Marcin Tybura at its November 19th card in Sydney, Australia.

On his last post, Hunt claims that the organization President Dana White "always hated" him.

He was scheduled to face Marcin Tybura in the main event, but former heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum will step in.

To say that Hunt is irrate about the situation is an understatement. Promotion officials cited "medical concerns" as the reason following statements Hunt made to PlayersVoice.com.au recently where he admitted to having trouble with his memory and stated he had began to stutter and slur his words.

He added: "I spent hours the other day with the doctors I was cleared to fight the interview I did with players voice was misquoted I don't slur my words and is a is a running joke between my wife and me my memory isn't that great but who remembers shit they don't want to not good".

"I'm disappointed that I have been withdrawn from the fight, I have passed all medicals 2 days ago".

It's another chapter in a tumultuous 12 months for the "Super Samoan", who's now embroiled in a lawsuit with his employers regarding his bout with Brock Lesnar in July 2016.

Saying that UFC Heavyweight Mark Hunt isn't happy about being removed from his next fight, is an understatement.

"I feel for Mark Hunt because I see the situation two ways - one in the fighter's shoes, and two in the person who wants to look out for Mark Hunt", she said. The truth is the legal case I have filed has caused me to be withdrawn.

Hunt is accusing the UFC of allowing Lesnar to compete despite his allegation that they were aware the former heavyweight champion was using performance-enhancing drugs.

The loss was later overturned to a no-contest after Lesnar tested positive to a banned substance.

Hunt's relationship with the UFC has been strained in recent times as a result of the failed out-of-competition drug test taken by his UFC 200 opponent Brock Lesnar, following his mauling at the hands of the WWE superstar a year ago.

Hunt has three fights remaining on his current contract and an official told Australia's Daily Telegraph he would have to undergo further testing and evaluations prior to competing in any future UFC bout.
