Isis has claimed responsibility for the attack, which left 30 people injured when a bomb partially exploded on a District Line train on Friday morning.

Britain eased its terrorist threat level Sunday from "critical" to "severe" after police arrested a second suspect in the bombing of a subway train in London.

The Metropolitan Police said he was detained under section 41 of the Terrorism Act.

On Saturday an 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with the bombing on suspicion of a terror offence. Queen Elizabeth honored them for their efforts in 2010.

Britain's Home Secretary Amber Rudd has launched a campaign to find a Lead Commissioner for Countering Extremism on Sunday, two days after the United Kingdom suffered its fifth terror attack in a year. She added that it was too soon to know whether the culprits behind the attack were known to the authorities.
