The report also states Dileep had instructed Suni to assemble a "capable and experienced" team for the quotation, which he gave directly and not over the phone.

Objecting strongly against granting bail to the arrested actor, the special prosecutor argued in the court that Dileep can potentially destroy the evidence if he is granted bail. Reportedly, the prime accused Pulsar Suni carried out the assault on the instructions of Dileep, who is said to have held a personal grudge against the actress. It is said that the raid was as part of a bid to retrieve the cellphone of the accused, which allegedly contains the visuals of sexual abuse of the actress.

However, the embattled actor's counsel - Ram Kumar - claimed the actor has been falsely implicated in the case and the investigation team was "busy fabricating evidence against him".

Suni had made a statement to the police that he handed over the mobile phone and the memory card with the pictures of the actress to Kavya's online textile store in Kakkanad "Laksyah".
