France is a country, so to celebrate its national holiday, Bastille Day, it puts on a huge military parade. President Trump didn't seem to get it.

Also in the parade were French soldiers taking part in the mission against the Islamic State group.

France marked it's Bastille Day in Paris with a musical military parade on the Champs Elysees avenue, bringing USA president Donald Trump's visit to an end while more sombre commemorations took place in Nice.

Afterward, they rejoined hands while they continued to talk. More than 230 people have been killed in extremist violence since 2015. Interior Minister Gerard Collomb says seven terror plots have been foiled since the start of this year.
