An individual with knowledge of the confession told the Associated Press that DiNardo burned the bodies of the young men because he felt "cheated or threatened" after selling them drugs. The young man's auto was later located on a separate property owned by Dinardo's family where they also discovered keys and the vehicle's title hanging on a wall inside the property's garage.

Weintraub has said the search at the DiNardo property is massive and involves major construction equipment, sifting equipment and cadaver dogs.

Cosmo DiNardo, 20, agreed to plead guilty to four murder counts, according to his attorney Paul Lang outside the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Kratz was out on bail on separate charges before his arrest in connection to the case. Police are looking into whether one of them could have been DiNardo's co-conspirator.
