Unemployment rates hit record lows in 3 states
Colorado had the lowest unemployment rate in April, at 2.3 percent, followed by Hawaii and North Dakota, at 2.7 percent each. The rate has fallen almost a full percentage point in the first four months of the year after ending 2016 at 4.1 percent.
