The Chicago Bulls talked often during the regular season about believing they had the personnel to play as a physically imposing team. Now, they will play their next two games in front of their own fans, who will undoubtedly be re-energized by the Bulls' unexpected, and nearly unprecedented, series lead. "Later in the game, when we cut it to one and they went on another run, that can be dejecting".

The top seed losing in the first round is a rarity in the National Basketball Association playoffs, but this is no ordinary series.

The Celtics weren't limited to shopping at the top of the market. Wade, who has played in no shortage of playoff games, is making sure nobody forgets that they still have to win two more games.

During the regular season the Bulls were not unstoppable.

There was the big trade last summer when the Bulls sent hometown favorite and former MVP Derrick Rose to NY after going 42-40.

Trump changes tune about importance of his first 100 days
His attempt to find a replacement for Obamacare failed to secure enough support among Republicans on Capitol Hill. In fact, measuring the success of his first three months in office is something Trump has encouraged in the past.

But one thing the Celtics absolutely can't do is give up, as Rondo suggests they did.

There are plenty of other problems for Oklahoma City - the Thunder fall apart when Westbrook rests, the team has struggled to keep James Harden off the foul line, Steven Adams' foul trouble crippled their interior defense in Game 2 and they are stretched thin chasing Houston's numerous perimeter threats. But Thomas himself said after the deadline he expected his front office to improve the team. And while it's that special time of year in which Rajon Rondo strings together a few decent games to get somebody to hire him next season, he's really not this good any more and that may start to matter, too. Rondo was also suspended for a game by the team earlier in the year, and he was in and out of the rotation this season. He blasted his former Celtics team on his old home floor, putting a near-triple-double on their heads with 11 points, nine rebounds, and 14 assists - the benefactor of a poor three-point shooting team that torched Boston for 40 percent shooting from deep.

Boston's Isaiah Thomas, who will fly to Tacoma, Wash., on Wednesday to attend the funeral for his younger sister, Chyna, who was killed in an automobile crash, had an off night.

Nothing seemed to go right for the celtics on Sunday night. Not bad, considering he missed three weeks late in the year because of a fractured right elbow.

If Rondo and Wade can play well when it matters the most, and Butler continues to shine, the top-seeded Celtics will have a tough road ahead if they hope to move on to the next round. But Paul Zipser picked up the slack in Game 2, scoring 16 points in 29 minutes.

"I'm just trying to shoot it with confidence", said Lopez, who hit several midrange jumpers. "I think the biggest thing we have to do is be forward-looking and prepare for Friday". Whenever we're passing the ball we're told shoot it if you're open.
