Nike launching new Apple Watch NikeLab style with Light Bone/Black band

The new wearable sports an exclusive light bone-colored band, offering avid joggers more color coordination options than the previous Nike+ watches' mixes of grey, dark grey, and Gatorade-tinted neon yellow. This model sports the "NikeLab Innovation x Innovators" logo on the back. Apple Watch NikeLab is available April 27 on, at NikeLab doors and at an Apple Tokyo pop-up in Isetan. Essentially, this is just a fresh coat of paint sitting on top of the old Apple Watch Nike+ that'll be produced in limited quantities. It will not be sold in Apple Stores or from the Apple website, a first for an Apple Watch.

The major difference separating the limited-run running watch from its kin is the new color of band debuting alongside the Apple Watch NikeLab. So it just sounds like Nike wanted to extend this collaboration and promote itself as an "innovative" company with an internal "lab".

The new watch is a collaboration with the shoemaker's NikeLab "innovation platform" and the latest variant is technically called the "Apple Watch NikeLab", if we're being specific.
