Tillerson declares the Iran nuclear deal a failure
But Tillerson has come pretty close to saying the agreement was not worth keeping, even though he's had to admit it's working. He had said in January of 2016 after the deal was implemented that "Iran will not get its hands on a nuclear bomb".
