In one picture we see Daenerys Targaryen finally landing in Westeros. But on Thursday, the network released a series of photos that should help tide fans over for at least a little while longer. Most of these don't offer much new insight into what's going on-Davos seems to be serving as an adviser in Winterfell, Jon has a thick coat on, Cersei is sitting on the Iron Throne, and so on. Additionally, the due to the fact that the castle was built using advanced Valyrian techniques, and that it is located in an isolated location, it would also be easy for Danny's army - and perhaps her dragons - to defend from attacks. There is also a picture of Tyrion Lannister, played by Peter Dinklage, as he continues his role of Hand of the Queen. If you recall, at the end of Season 6 Dany and her advisors were in transit.

HBO released the first official photos from the hit series today and while they don't give too much away, they do catch us all up on where our faves are at the beginning of the season. We already know that literally, everyone who is still alive is getting ready for the ultimate battle. To be fair, they aren't the most exciting images. Thankfully HBO is giving us some pics to tide us over.
