Twin toddlers party all night after parents go to sleep

VIDEO: Twin toddlers have overnight gymnastics session

The parents of twin boys in NY found out why their toddlers seemed like they hadn't been sleeping well through the night - because they definitely were not sleeping.

The twin boys were caught constantly climbing out of their cribs to build pillow forts.

Jonathan and Susana Balkin said their Nest home monitoring system was recording in the bedroom of 2-year-old identical twins Andrew and Ryan when the boys made a decision to climb out of their beds for some rowdy playtime March 13.

Not even multiple interventions from Mom and Dad could put an end to their party. The video has been watched more than 11 million times since it was posted to Facebook on March 13.

Jonathan eventually comes into the room and promptly puts the boys back in their cribs and cleans up the mess the boys made.

Susana and Jonathan Balkin caught their twin boys sneaking out their cribs.

"We ended up spying on them for a little while on the camera just to make sure they weren't getting into trouble", Balkin told NBC's Today. Unfortunately for them, their sons had other ideas - and sleep was certainly not one of them. "They sleep in their beds really well, so we are exploring toddler beds", Jonathan said.
