Though Trump's approval rating reached a new low Monday, it has been among its highest levels since the beginning of March.

Other Presidents have suffered even lower ratings during their time in office, but this is the first time in at least 70 years that any President dipped to this point by March of their first term, found Gallup.

House Speaker Paul Ryan said: "The American Health Care Act is a plan to drive down costs, encourage competition, and give every American access to quality, affordable health insurance".

A daily Gallup survey showed US President Donald Trump's approval rating dropped to 37 per cent as of Saturday, while the portion of those who disapproved of him rose to 58 per cent.

"We're going to take our case as far as it needs to go, including all the way up to the Supreme Court", Trump told a crowd during a rally in Tennessee last week. The danger is clear.

The Gallup poll, which has a 3 percent margin of error, is based on telephone interviews of about 1,500 USA adults.
