April the pregnant giraffe at Animal Adventure Park has attracted fans flocking to the live cam

Physically, handlers said April's appetite is strong, and her belly has noticeably dropped further.

Each day, zoo personnel have been keeping a close eye on their internet star and have been sharing updates on their social media accounts.

Zookeepers say she could well be "talking" to her baby calf.

The great winter storm has come and gone, but still no little giraffe at Animal Adventure Park.

Animal Adventure Park workers have noted that April's calf has been very active over the past few days.

That's different from her check up this morning, when her belly was low and "egg shaped".

More than 70 million animal lovers around the world are locked into the Graffe Cam, a YouTube feed bringing a live stream from April's enclosure as she embarks on giving birth to her fourth calf.

Since giraffes are really good at hiding any sort of distress, it is possible that the public won't be able to tell that April is in labor until the zoo's veterinary staff confirms it.

April's wax caps are still in place.

Animal Adventure Park began streaming on February 23 on YouTube showing April preparing to give birth, drawing worldwide attraction. It is updated with a new link every few hours. When the calf is born, there will be a vote to determine his or her name.
